Shipping policy


Shipping, Duties & Taxes

  • All items are shipped with UPS or DHL, depending on your location.
  • Each piece is made to order and requires approximately 2 to 6 weeks for production. Once ready, the item is shipped immediately.
  • Delivery times vary from 1 to 8 business days, depending on the courier and destination.

  • Please keep an eye on your tracking if you’re outside Europe. Once the package arrives at your local customs, they might need a few extra details from you to unlock it and complete the delivery. As much as I’d love to help, I’m not allowed to provide your private information on your behalf.

Duties & Taxes

  • All prices listed on our website are in euros (€) and do not include taxes, customs duties, or import fees.
  • All customs duties, import taxes, and any other charges applied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • Customs rules and exemption thresholds vary by country. We strongly recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order.
  • If you refuse delivery of a package, you will remain responsible for:
    • the original purchase price,
    • shipping costs,
    • any import duties or fees already incurred,
    • and the cost of returning the package to us.
      Please note: refusing to pay import duties may also result in additional charges by the carrier, for which the customer is fully responsible.

Tracking & Delivery

  • Once tracking information has been provided and the package has been handed to the courier, Eibhlin Actias has no control over delays or issues in transit. For delivery updates, please contact the courier directly.
