Returns & Cancellations

 

  • Handmade to Order: Each product is individually handmade to order, according to the customer’s specifications. For this reason, we do not accept returns or refunds for any reason other than a proven production error.
  • Legal Reference: Pursuant to Article 59, letter c) of the Italian Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made “tailor-made” or “clearly personalized” according to the customer’s choices.

Production Errors

  • If you believe your item has a production error, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by sending an email to eibhlinactiashop@gmail.com with clear photos of the defect.
  • Please note:
    • Incorrect measurements provided by the customer do not constitute a production error.
    • Minor variations in shading, texture, or appearance of fabrics (e.g. due to dyeing or hand-crafting processes) are considered normal and do not qualify as defects.

Order Cancellations

  • Once an order is placed online, production begins immediately.
  • If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, cancellations cannot be accepted.
  • If your cancellation request is received within 24 hours, your payment will be refunded.

Order Confirmations

  • A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring that our emails are not blocked or directed to spam/junk folders.
  • If you do not receive a confirmation email due to technical issues, please contact us promptly at eibhlinactiashop@gmail.com.

Shipping & Storage

  • All completed orders will be shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer.
  • We do not cancel, hold, or store finished products once production has been completed.
